On Monday, Home Depot’s appeal of a $2.7 billion antitrust settlement with Blue Cross Blue Shield was denied by the Supreme Court of the United States. Voters in Oregon may soon decide whether the state will be the first in the nation to implement a universal basic income program that would tax corporations to put money in the pockets of residents.
